new virtual supervision group for summer 2022

Why might this be of interest?

Maybe supervision is new to you?

Perhaps you’re a newly qualified coach?  Maybe you’ve been considering supervision for a while but just haven’t taken the leap?  Perhaps you have considered supervision an expensive luxury until now?

Maybe group supervision is new to you?

Perhaps you have worked with a supervisor one to one, but are unsure about working within a group?  Maybe you are drawn to group supervision as a place to learn from others, but aren’t sure about how it works?  Maybe you’re not sure what to bring to explore?

Maybe virtual supervision is new to you?

Perhaps you prefer face to face work and are unsure about a virtual experience?  Perhaps you are coaching virtually and want to try supervision to parallel that process?

A current supervisee’s feedback

Steve, as a coach of 26 years, I have experienced your supervision as enriching and like a wide angled lens on my practice, with a zoom for some important moments and thoughts. I love your playful and insightful, curious approach, I love how we dance with the themes. Thank you. ❤️

So give it a try…

Many coaches in supervision will tell you it’s the best experience ever.

Supervision provides time and space to reflect – as coaches we know the value of that, but often we skip or hurry that stage; or maybe we find it hard to do that reflection alone?

Supervision provides an opportunity to learn and grow. To explore your practice, to add new ideas, to really delve into the coach you are or the coach you are becoming. Group supervision enables you to learn from other coaches and their client experiences.

Supervision provides a safe space to explore your client work. To unpack your strengths and your blind spots. To ensure you are being the best coach you can be for your clients.

The opportunity…

Join me for a taster session, at a taster price of just £79

Or, commit now to a full programme of six sessions with this group. We will get together approximately every seven to eight weeks. In current groups coaches select their sessions as it suits them. Some have joined for six sessions over the year, others have joined for four or five and will rollover their sessions. £570 is the investment for six sessions; that’s eighteen hours of group supervision.

Each session is three hours and coaches will be able to bring their own client work for group support and everyone will get air time.  If you just want to ask questions or explore how to get the most from supervision, that’s fine too. The group will be small and intimate, five coaches typically.

Me and my role…

I’m Steve.  I have been coaching for 16 years, coaching inside organisations up to board levels and also working with private individuals who just need some support.  I have been supervising coaches for 10 years now. I supervise 1-2-1, work with coaches internal to organisations and also run supervision groups for coaches working face to face.  My role is simply to bring out the wisdom within the group, wherever that lies, and to facilitate you getting what you want or need. I play particular attention to what we can learn from the system – the system of you, of you in your client work, of the the group, what is happening in the world…
