Join a virtual coaching supervision group for 2026

Who is this for?

If you are looking for a new supervision experience, or to join a supervision group, this is for you.

As we know, supervision is first and foremost about self reflection and learning. Coaches who use supervision regularly will tell you they value the time; the time to reflect on their coaching practice and the time and input to explore and develop their skills. So supervision is about improving and growing as a coach.

New to supervision? If you don’t have a supervisor currently, this may be your opportunity to experience supervision in a safe, small group of like-minded coaches.  You may find yourself reassured about the value of supervision, hooked even? And group supervision is very cost effective. It may provide a stepping stone to individual supervision perhaps?

If you already have a supervisor…  have you tried group supervision, which can offer a quite different experience? You will learn as much from the other coaches explorations of their client practice, as from your own.  Group supervision offers a rich dialogue with input from the other coaches within the group. It also allows for group exploration of a common theme.

Looking for a new supervision group? – Maybe you have tried group supervision before and want to return to it, but in a new group?

How does it work?

You join the group, attending supervision six times, as and when you choose. There will be dates every four or five weeks.

Sessions will be three hours. Typically there will be four or five coaches in the group for each session. So, each time we meet, there will be familiar faces, but maybe a new one too. This builds security and trust, but keeps the group fresh.

When we meet, we may explore client work, we may take a systemic perspective or we may use the time to look at our practice by exploring common themes in coaching such as boundaries, ethics or the coach’s ‘stance’.

The group may contain a variety of coaches working in different spaces, with different levels of experience. Our current groups have novice coaches and experienced ones too.

Investment

The investment is £675 for six group sessions of 3 hours – equivalent to just £37.50 per hour of supervision.

Your supervisor

Steve has been coaching for nineteen years in the corporate environment and privately, as well as supervising other coaches for thirteen years, both 1-2-1 and also in groups. He is an NLP master practitioner, a Systemic Constellations practitioner and an accredited Coaching Signatures Supervisor, often working somatically with supervisees to explore the systems the client and coach operate in.
