Systemic embodied group supervision using systemic constellations principles

A face to face coaching supervision experience

£150 for 4 hours

Tuesday April 21st 2026 near Reading, Berkshire

Who is this for?

If you are a coach or a coach supervisor looking for a new supervision experience, this could be for you.

Coaches and supervisors alike – Maybe there is something in your client work or your practice which seems difficult. A systemic constellation can reveal hidden dynamics and stuckness within the system and may illuminate what needs attention.

New to this approach? – Don’t worry, you don’t need experience or knowledge, just the ability to draw on the feelings in your body and on the truth of your place in the systemic map we create.

How does it work?

Join the group in April for an introduction to the stance, principles and practice of systemic constellations, applied in coach supervision. With a supervisory frame, we will explore some of the hidden forces that sustain and limit relationship systems, seeking the truth of what is.

What to bring? – Definitely bring an open mind. Ideally come with a coaching issue. This may be

  • difficulty in finding your place in relationship with your client or the hiring organisation
  • difficulty in bringing yourself fully to your work
  • working with a client where organisational dynamics are a strong impact – merger, acquisition, leadership change, focus shift, founder leaving etc.
  • working with a client where predecessors or hierarchy and place have manifest difficulties; or maybe your client makes you bigger or smaller, or vice versa?
  • working with a client where culture creates perceived tension
  • working with a client where relational systems are inhibiting progress; maybe work relationships or family relationships, or the relationship with you the coach
  • there is simply a sense of difficulty or stuckness in the work
  • you are struggling with coaching alongside other work priorities – teaching, consulting, learning etc.
  • anything you are experiencing which seems difficult or stuck

The session will be four hours, with a short break.

This is an embodied experiential practice. You may get the opportunity to map and explore a difficulty in your client work; you may be asked to be a representative for a person or entity in someone else’s map.

We will meet in a circular space in Woodley near Reading, Berkshire. Coffee and snacks on site and parking across the road.

Working as a systemic coach… “goes further than simply recognising the complexities of systems, it offers a visceral experience of that complexity and a new road to resolution” David Clutterbuck

Investment

I have supervision groups running, online.

£675 gets you six three hour group supervision sessions – that’s just £37.50 per hour of supervision to be a part of a group, learning with and from other coaches. If you are interested, let us know here.

You could be bringing your own client work and practice, to explore how you are developing as a coach and how you might move to the next level. Or, you might be simply recharging and resourcing yourself in a safe place with a friendly group of coaches, who know what it can be like.

As we know, supervision is first and foremost about self reflection and learning. Coaches who use supervision regularly will tell you they value the time; the time to reflect on their coaching practice and the time and input to explore and develop their skills. So supervision is about improving and growing as a coach.
